While you can visit the garden to say hello to the koi and check out the newly-renovated pond and the scent of spring blossoms (Tickets must be purchased 24 hours in advance) our 2021 Koi Day event is virtual.

Have you visited the garden lately and seen the adorable koi character? It is not only our mask ambassador, but a friendly messenger you may see around the garden. Can you help us name it?

You can submit name suggestions by

1.       Email your name ideas to ciida@arboretumfoundation.org.

OR

2.       Download a coloring page HERE, design and color patterns, name and submit a digital file (scan or photo) to ciida@arboretumfoundation.org. Please indicate your age if you wish.

OR

3.       Write in comments for Facebook, Instagram and Twitter posts.

Printed sheets can be picked up at the garden on Koi Day, Saturday, 5/8. They can either be submitted as a digital file or return to the garden gatehouse. Winners will receive SJG T-shirts!
